First I peeled and mashed the bananas (very easy once defrosted). I got out all the other ingredients. I was careful to not over-mix the batter, and it came out pretty well. Some of the reviews on the website I got the recipe from recommended adding vanilla and spices, and I think that was a good move. This would probably be good with some chopped walnuts in it as well.
Slice it up, slap on some butter, and you're good to go.
I just had a piece, it was quite tasty. I'm mildly creeped out by the eerily pale bannanas.
