Bananarama!

No, these are not moldy bananas. They're defrosting bananas, made fuzzy by the (inexplicable) humidity. For the past few months I've been sticking any over-ripe bananas I have in the freezer, waiting for the day when I amassed enough for bread. Today was that day.

First I peeled and mashed the bananas (very easy once defrosted). I got out all the other ingredients. I was careful to not over-mix the batter, and it came out pretty well. Some of the reviews on the website I got the recipe from recommended adding vanilla and spices, and I think that was a good move. This would probably be good with some chopped walnuts in it as well.
